We support individuals and organizations that work directly in advancing the mission of Jesus Christ. A portion of our profits is set aside specifically to be used as donations for these endeavors. How do I place an order?

Fetcht Delivery is a delivery service that makes it convenient for the customer to order from partner restaurants and have their orders delivered in a professional and timely fashion. Simply use our website to order from any of the restaurants. Your order is then dispatched to the restaurant and one of our Delivery Professionals who will in turn deliver your order to your place of work or home. Orders from our website can be placed for delivery during normal restaurant hours or you can schedule an order for delivery at a later date, we call these Advance Orders simply choose the date and time for delivery and complete the order process as normal.

Do you have an App?

Yes, we have an app for both Apple and android operating systems, just search for FETCHT. The app is free to download and makes ordering quick and easy.

Do you accept orders by phone?

Orders are completed online through our website at Fetcht.com, this helps us to ensure that your order is correct and processed efficiently. We also have a mobile FETCHT app for both Apple and Android devices. We do accept orders by phone at 662.395.1008.

What are the delivery fees?

Our $2.99 delivery fee includes the first 6 miles from the restaurant to the delivery destination. Each additional mile will be added after your initial purchase at $1.05/mile beyond 6 miles. Incorrect addresses or addresses that remain unchanged from a previous order may be charged an additional $2.99 to compensate for any lost mileage and time. Please contact us 662.395.1008 as soon as possible to make changes to an incorrect address.

How do I get a receipt for my order?

The first time that you order from Fetcht you will create an account. Your receipts are sent to you via email and are sent to the email address you provided.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Fetcht Delivery Gift Cards, and Discover credit cards via our online ordering system. We do accept Cash, however, our Delivery Professionals do not carry cash for change. The decision to not carry Cash or make change was a difficult one and one that was made from concern for safety.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to advanced orders, call 662.395.1008 and we will assist you.

How long does it take for delivery?

Delivery typically takes between 30 minutes up to one hour for deliveries and is due to prep time in the restaurant and delivery time. Deliveries can take longer during peak times depending upon the restaurant. You can help avoid delays by scheduling your delivery in advance. You can schedule deliveries days, weeks, or even months in advance by selecting a specific date and time from the calendar on the home page. You can also help us by making sure that the phone number you provide during the order process is your best contact number.

What do I do if my order isn't correct?

Should you find there are any problems with your order, you must call us within 10 minutes after the order has been delivered. Do NOT email us if you have an issue as we do not check that email often enough to handle order issues. Once we verify with the restaurant that the problem was on their end, we will either coordinate with your delivery professional to re-deliver the missing/incorrect item or refund you the amount. If your delivery professional has to re-deliver, you must give the driver the incorrect item (they will return the item to the restaurant). If the incorrect item is not provided or was correct after inspection, you will be charged for both items. We do not issue refunds for orders. Should you have an issue with your food, we will be happy to speak with the restaurant to assist in a refund. We do not refund any orders without confirmation from the restaurant that there was an issue with the order.

What about tips or gratuities for the delivery professionals?

Our delivery professionals are self-employed and do work for tips! You will be prompted during the order process to add a tip so please remember to tip your driver or call 662.395.1008 if you wish to add gratuity. Should you choose to tip your driver using cash, you may do so but please remember that as a rule they do not carry cash for change. Note: We do not keep any portion of the Driver's Tips, ALL tips go to the drivers. If it does not specifically say TIP it does not go to the driver.

Are you open on Sundays?

Fetcht is open for deliveries on Sundays starting at NOON. Holding to our Christian beliefs, we keep Sunday mornings for worship and time spent with family. We allow those that are part of our team to also have time away from work so they can worship in the manner they choose and spend time with their families. All profits generated by Fetcht on Sundays are donated to missions as referenced in our WHY.

Where are you located?

Our office is located at 426 South Lamar Blvd., Suite 1, Oxford, MS 38655. The building is commonly referred to as The Anchorage Building and is next door to Abner's Famous Fried Chicken Tenders.
